Robert C. Bicksler
Mr. Bicksler has been Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of the Company since September 1997.
Mr. Bicksler has over 22 years of experience in
structuring, financing and managing various entities in
North America and Europe.
Prior to joining MetroNet, he
was Executive Vice President - Chief Financial and
Administrative Officer and Managing Director, Services
Business Unit of Performance Awareness Corporation, now a
division of Rational Software Corporation, a firm
specializing in the performance testing software market,
from April 1996 to June 1997. Prior to his appointment at
Performance Awareness Corporation, Mr. Bicksler served as
Executive Vice President - Chief Financial and
Administrative Officer of Seer Technologies, Inc., a firm
selling application development software and related
consulting services, from February 1994 to March 1996. He
began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1975 and
was admitted as a partner in 1984. He was the Managing
Tax Partner - Carolinas at the time of his resignation in
January 1994.
Mr. Bicksler is a Certified Public
Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He
also holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from the
University of North Texas.
