Steven B. Chisholm
Mr. Chisholm was appointed as Vice President and General
Counsel of the Corporation in June 1997 and has been the
Corporate Secretary and legal counsel since February
1997. Mr. Chisholm is an active member of the Law Society
of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary
Bar. From April 1995 to February 1997, Mr. Chisholm
maintained an independent private practice, including
providing legal services to the Company. From September
1992 through April 1995, Mr. Chisholm founded and was a
partner at Legge & Chisholm. From May 1981 through
September 1992, Mr. Chisholm was a member of MacLeod
Dixon, a large Canadian law firm based in Calgary.
Mr. Chisholm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton
University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode
Hall Law School in Toronto.
