Thomas F. Gillett
Mr. Gillett became Senior Vice President, Business
Development of MetroNet in October 1997 and prior to that
time had served as Vice President and Chief Technology
Officer of MetroNet from February 1996 to October 1997.
Mr. Gillett was the founder and, from January 1992 to
February 1997, the President of GLA, a telecommunications
consulting firm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brooks,
one of the largest CLECs in the United States. Mr.
Gillett was also one of the founders of Brooks.
Mr. Gillett has 27 years of experience in the
telecommunications and cable network technology field and
related matters, including planning, strategic analysis,
regulatory testimony, performance standards and
infrastructure issues. Mr. Gillett has a Bachelor of
Science in Management Engineering and a Master of Science
degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute.
