Bruce M. Mann
Mr. Mann, 37, was appointed Vice President of Investor Relations for MetroNet in January 1998. In this position he serves as corporate spokesperson with external financial audiences and is responsible for the managing MetroNet's relationships with institutional shareowners, bondholders and industry analysts. As well, he is responsible for targeting and marketing MetroNet equity securities to selected institutional investors and for driving capital market perspectives into the company to help shape business and financial strategy.
Mr. Mann was previously Director of Investor Relations at U S WEST, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. Starting with U S WEST, Inc. in 1986, he served in a variety of financial and business development positions with U S WEST Communications., U S WEST International, and U S WEST's headquarters before being appointed Director of Investor Relations in 1995.
Mr. Mann taught accounting as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver's MBA program and has had two articles published in Management Accounting Magazine.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in business management and finance and a masters of business administration from the University of Denver. Mann is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
